PDEA NETS ELECTRICIAN IN NAGA CITY BUY-BUST

Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested a pusher during an entrapment operation in Naga City, Camarines Sur on March 10, 2017.
PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña identified the suspect as Gomer Chica y Langitan, 34 years old, married, electrician and a resident of Mangayawan, Canaman, Camarines Sur.

The Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) held its first meeting today at the PDEA National Headquarters in Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City.
The ICAD was created under Executive Order Number 15 by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to suppress the drug problem in the country. The EO states that it is the priority of the government to suppress the drug problem in the country by putting behind bars the manufacturers, traffickers and peddlers of illegal drugs and by transforming drug users into productive members of society thru, among others balanced and integrated approaches of supply and demand reduction strategies under the Barangay Drug Clearing Program.

PDEA, PNP CLOSE DOWN DRUG DEN IN PANGASINAN

Combined operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and local police shut down a drug den in Pangasinan on March 7, 2017, following an entrapment operation that resulted in the arrest of its maintainers and customers.
PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña identified the alleged drug den maintainers as Mary Ann Laungayan, 33 years old; and Cherry Ann Corpuz, 25, both residents of Barangay Minien West, Santa Barbara, Pangasinan.
FAKE BOC COLONEL ARRESTED BY PDEA IN CEBU

A man who introduced himself as a colonel assigned at the Bureau of Customs (BoC) was arrested by elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for unruly behavior inside the agency’s regional office in Cebu City.
PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña identified the suspect as Gregorio Khenique Laurente y Urbiztondo, 43 years old, a resident of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.
