The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and The Way to Happiness (TWTH) Philippines Foundation Inc. say illegal drugs, criminality and corruption do not bring happiness. This was the message of the two organizations in celebration of the United Nations International Day of Happiness on March 20, 2017 in the country.

“Filipinos richly deserve a good, fulfilling and worthwhile life without illegal drugs, criminality and corruption- the three societal menaces the administration of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte have vowed to get rid of,” said PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña.

Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested a pusher during an entrapment operation in Batangas City, Batangas on March 4, 2017.

PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña identified the suspect as Jeffrey Mendoza y Mendoza alias Gipit, a 32-year old resident of Santa Clara, Batangas City, Batangas.

Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested a pusher during an entrapment operation in Surigao City, Surigao Del Norte on March 12, 2017.

PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña identified the suspect as Rowaina Karim y Amerel alias Rowai, 28 years old, member of Karim Drug Group, businesswoman and resident of Purok Kalubihan, Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City (Opon), Cebu. The Karim Drug Group operates in Surigao City and some parts of Caraga Region.
